Ultimate Wash

This is basically $1 a minute if you go through all the steps. I move relatively fast but wanted a thorough wash. It would have been nice if the price was clearly displayed. The sign says the timer will display cost but it isn't clear that it is $1 a minute. It just said $5 minimum. Won't be going back here since it costs less to get a car wash elsewhere AND have use of vacuums and car mat washers.

I go to this car wash all the time because it’s the only self serve car wash near by. Someone needs to fix the sign for the $5.00 minimum purchase on the card reader. My total every time I wash my car comes out to around $8 but I am charged $10 EVERY TIME. I don’t mind paying $10 but when you have a sign that says $5 minimum then I expect to be charged the $8 the machine read not $10. Like I said, I don’t mind paying the $10 but CHANGE YOUR SIGNAGE on the machines. It’s misleading and it is most likely making you lose out on future customers.

It’s $4 for 4 minutes. So about $24-28 dollars. Meaning the self wash ends up being MORE than a regular drive thru one. There’s no drying, so your car leaves soaked to pick up all the dirt again. Vacuums are a fee, where the drive thru ones are free. In the end, you’re better off to go to the Giant Eagle car wash.

I go to this wash often because everything works very well, it’s clean and well maintained. I like to wash my own car so the self service wash is perfect for me. I will say the self service wash might come off pricey for some. It’s $25 total for me whenever I go. I will say that price is worth it for me because my car looks amazing after, as if it was detailed. The wash holds up very well too. If you wash quick meaning one round on the timer I believe it’s about $10. Make sure you hit the botton on the reader if you’re done before the timer runs out to stop the machine from charging. I’ve only ever used card here so I’m not sure what the price and timer is if you use quarters.

I come here all the time for the self service wash which is a bit on the pricy side but its close to home so its convenient. Had a special event today so i doubled up and decided to take it through the automatic after the self service and get the best wash they offered.....what a waste of money. Hoses were shooting water and soap twords the ceiling from where im guessing it shouldn't have been coming from and afyer paying $7 in the self service, $18 for the automatic, i had to go back to the self service and pay another $3.75 to get all the soap off my truck that was there when i pulled out of the automatic wash. This kind of service is a rip off, yall need to do better!! I wont be coming back here.
